This year, CECMP welcomes Ann Hentschel author of “Inspiring Peak Performance” and “The Director’s Toolbox: Leadership in Action.” For more than four decades, Ann has worked at the intersection of early childhood practice, leadership, and quality improvement — always with the same conviction: that the people closest to children deserve the best tools, the clearest guidance, and someone genuinely in their corner.
